reunited, and it feels so good

Being back in Switzerland is insanely weird, especially without all the American students from the exchange last year here, but it is still INSANELY fun. I love meeting all the people here and it is fun to hang out, get the feel for another culture, and maybe sometimes try to speak French. Neda (the girl I am staying with) tries to claim that my French is just as good as her English, but if you have ever heard her speak English and me speak French, you would be very aware of how untrue this is (but you know it's nice of her to pretend). In fact I get made fun of a lot for my French, but then people also try and tell me that is is just so cute when I speak French (probably cause it's so bad haha).

So what have I been up to so far? I will give you a little break down with some highlights...

Saturday: Got here in the morning and successfully navigated the Swiss train system from the Geneva Airport to Lausanne. Slept...way too much. Then, since I was thouraghly hyped up on sleep we dressed up and went out that night.

Sunday (happy mum's day): Spent the day with Camillie (one of the Swiss students from the exchange) and her family at her appartment.

Monday: Went to Champitet and spent the day with a bunch of the Swiss students that I met last time I was here, especially Hugo (my swiss exchanger). It was really exciting to see him again and if you were hanging out with us I don't think you would ever have believed that we had been apart for a whole year and a half :) Later that day I hung out with Neda and her friends that I met on Saturday night, and Neda and I both discovered that we are REALLY bad at pool, seriously please don't ever let me play again.

Well, that's as far as we've gotten. I would upload some pictures...but I haven't taken any. Guess I have just been having so much fun that I haven't been thinking about it. Woops!
